Makeup brush is a tool with feathers, used for makeup or face painting. The feathers can be made of natural or synthetic materials, while the handle is usually made of plastic or wood. When cosmetics are applied using the right brush, they blend better into the skin.
There are different shapes and sizes of makeup brushes, depending on the face area where the makeup will be applied, the cosmetic product and the desired result. For example, the shape of the brush tip can be carved, straight, angled, round, flat or tapered.

Type of makeup brush
Makeup applications can change because of the materials used to make brushes. Bristle brushes can be synthetic or natural. The brush itself is important for makeup applications because it can be packed pack on the product or loose pack on the product.
Synthetic fur
Synthetic fur is the most common material used in makeup brushes. This brush is found in many drugstores and specialty stores makeup. The feathers are made of plastic, nylon, or other synthetic fibers, and can be stained. Synthetic fur is often used with liquid and cream products, as they tend to blend products more easily and will not absorb products as much as natural bristles. Synthetic brushes are free from cruelty. Synthetic brushes usually last longer than natural hairs because they do not degrade and are not brittle.
Natural fur
Natural fur is often dark in color, not super soft, shed, holding pigment is better and difficult to wash. Because natural hair is so porous, they take more pigment and distribute it evenly. The best natural bristle brushes use powdered products and it is best to avoid liquid or cream products because they will drink most of the product. Although natural hair is preferred in the cosmetic industry, its own fur can cause allergic reactions in animal fur.
Natural bristles may be easier to control the product when fused or even packaged on the product, because they have hair cuticles.
